HOW TO REGISTER TO NBE2013 MEETING

- Etudiant : merci d'envoyer une preuve de votre statut en cours de validité (carte étudiant, certificat..) à : nanobioeurope2013@itav-recherche.fr
- Après l'avoir vérifié, le comité d'organisation valide votre pré-inscription : vous recevez un email avec un lien.
- Vous pouvez alors procéder au paiement par CB ou Virement >>>
NB.: Concernant le règlement par virement, une facture comprenant les coordonnées bancaires est disponible depuis cette dernière page. Si vous devez nous faire part d'un Bon de commande, merci de l'envoyer à regine.barthes@dr14.cnrs.fr en précisant "nanobioeurope".

- Other tickets available in registration formulary (Free partner, Invited speakers, Organizers, Industrial: additional ticket) should'nt be selected if you don't belong to these categories. In this case, your registration will be canceled.
- Prices are in Euro and include the current 19.6% French VAT. The exact amount will be indicated on the final invoice.
- *Student: If you wish to benefit from the Student fee, you must send proof of your status (i.e. copy of a valid student card) by email to nanobioeurope2013@itav-recherche.fr . Without proof of status at the time of registration, you will not be entitled to the Student rate.
- The extra peson / spouse ticket work as a supplement for any kind of ticket already bought. It won't grant access to NBE or canceropole meeting.
