3 different level of sponsor opportunities can be allowed. From the gold one which is unique to the bronze which is more linked to an industrial stand and an opportunity to join a page in the abstract book.

Package “Gold“: become the main partner - contact us
Only one gold status can be allowed.
With the « gold » package, reach a privileged status for this event. This meeting will have only three official partner, one from the public side (the Regional council of Midi-Pyrénées), one academic (the CNRS) and one should be a company.
With this status:
- Top logo placement on conference website with hyperlink and corporate description,
- Top logo placement on abstract booklet and one kinf of goodies,
- Top logo placement on kakemonos,
- Provision of a large stand of exhibition (no less than 9m2 ,including chairs, tables, walls for posters and power supply) to a privilegied location,
- Flash talk in plenary session,
- 4 inputs on the 3 days including the Gala evening
- 1 full page in the book of abstracts (provided by your own)
- Provision of a meeting room on request up to a half day
- Enter additional for 3 days event at a preferential rate of €250
Package “Silver“: a prominent place - contact us
With this status:
- Second rank logo placement on conference website with hyperlink and corporate description,
- Logo placement on the back of the abstract booklet,
- Second rank logo placement on kakemonos,
- Provision of a large stand of demonstration (no less than 6m2 ,including chairs, table, walls for posters and power supply) in the exhibit space,
- Flash talk in plenary session,
- 2 inputs on the 3 days including the Gala evening
- 1 full page in the book of abstracts (provided by your own)
- Provision of a meeting room on request up to a half day
- Enter additional for 3 days event at a preferential rate of €250
Package “Bronze“: build your notoriety - 1000€
With this status:
- Third rank logo placement on conference website with hyperlink,
- Provision of a stand of presentation (no less than 5m2 - rate negotiable depending on expected equipments) in the exhibit space,
- Possibility of a flash talk in plenary session (subject to decision of scientific reviewing)
- 1 input on the 3 days including the Gala evening,
- 1 full page in the book of abstracts (provided by your own),
- Enter additional for 3 days event at a preferential rate of €250
