HOW TO REGISTER TO NBE2013 MEETING

- If you are a student: send a valid proof of your studentship at nanobioeurope2013@itav-recherche.fr
- After checking your information, the organizing comittee validate your registration, you will then receive an information email,
- You can then procede to the final payment by Credit card or bank transfer >>>
N.B.: For payment by bank transfer, when arriving on this webpage, you can edit an invoice including bank details and which need to be paid by bank transfer. In the later case, please make sure your "NAME" and the name of the conference "NBE2013" are given in the additional information of the bank transfer. If you have to send an order form, thank you to send it to: regine.barthes@dr14.cnrs.fr and to mention "nanobioeurope".

- Other tickets available in registration formulary (Free partner, Invited speakers, Organizers, Industrial: additional ticket) should'nt be selected if you don't belong to these categories. In this case, your registration will be canceled.
- Prices are in Euro and include the current 19.6% French VAT. The exact amount will be indicated on the final invoice.
- *Student: If you wish to benefit from the Student fee, you must send proof of your status (i.e. copy of a valid student card) by email to nanobioeurope2013@itav-recherche.fr . Without proof of status at the time of registration, you will not be entitled to the Student rate.
- The extra peson / spouse ticket work as a supplement for any kind of ticket already bought. It won't grant access to NBE or canceropole meeting.
